Which Little Horse

No. 61 is the Sedona hiking trail toward Chicken Point off the Bell Rock Pathway. The same official site also lists a "Little Horse Trail No. 247" — a different, motorized trail in the Munds Park Trail System. This record uses only the No. 61 page.

A trailhead maintenance window ahead

A district alert (June 8 - September 15, 2026) lists a temporary maintenance closure of Little Horse Vista on Monday, September 14, 2026, 7 to 9:30 a.m. The page suggests the free Sedona Shuttle (Thursday through Sunday) and notes the trail is mostly unshaded and hot in summer.
