What Cairn is, and is not

Cairn is a public record of facts about businesses that sell things in and around Sedona: what they sell, what it costs, where they work, their hours, and how to reach them — each fact dated and sourced. It is not a booking site, not a review site, not a directory you can pay to appear in, and not an agent for any business it lists.

Being listed here does not mean Sedona Tech Solutions LLC endorses, recommends, ranks, or is affiliated with a business in any way. Business names, and any logos or marks that belong to a listed business, remain the property of their owners. Cairn uses a business's own name only to identify it — a nominative reference, never a claim of sponsorship, partnership or endorsement.

How facts are compiled

Facts are compiled by hand from a business's own public website: what it sells, what it costs, its hours, its service area, and similar. Cairn never signs a click-through terms of service or logs into a private area to read a fact, and it never compiles from an aggregator, a review site, or a directory — those are used only as a worklist of businesses to research directly. It records facts, not marketing prose, and copies no logos or photography from any business's own site. Every fact carries the page it was read from and the date it was read.

Accuracy

Prices, hours and other details change without notice, and a page here can lag behind the operator's own site between checks — the date next to each fact is exactly how old it is. Confirm price and hours with the operator directly before relying on them for a purchase or a visit.

Corrections

Corrections are free, need no account, and do not require owning the business. Send a correction from the form on any page, or email thomas@sedonatechsolutions.com — either way you will get an answer within seven days.

Listed without asking?

If your business appears here and you never asked to be listed: the record exists to answer the question a visitor already has — what a Sedona business sells, what it costs, and how to reach it — the same way a phone book or a chamber directory would, using facts your own website already publishes. Every fact was read from your own public site on the date printed next to it; nothing was invented and nothing was copied from a third party. Corrections are always free, and if you no longer publish a fact recorded here, tell us and it is removed rather than left stale. If your record has not yet been confirmed with you (it is marked unverified) and you would rather it not be listed at all, a written request to delist it — sent to the address below — is honoured.

Limitation of liability

Cairn is provided as a compiled reference, "as is," without any warranty that a fact is current, complete, or free of a transcription error. To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, Sedona Tech Solutions LLC is not liable for any decision made or cost incurred in reliance on a fact published here. Use it as a starting point and confirm what matters with the operator before you rely on it.

Arizona law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from this site is resolved in the state or federal courts sitting in Arizona.
