Compared from the record
What do Sedona's guided vortex tours cost, and which ones publish a price?
Cairn lists 3 vortex tour operators with listed prices from $239 to $349 USD in and around Sedona, Arizona. 3 listings were compiled from the operators' own websites and are marked unverified until a human confirms them. All three operators here run guided tours to Sedona's vortex sites. The table shows what each one prints on its own site, with the date each fact was last checked; a price recorded as unknown is a business that has not published one, never a guess. This comparison was last reviewed on . Each row shows the date that operator's facts were last checked.

Prices are the lowest listed price per operator; several operators sell private tours priced per person by group size, so small groups pay more than the listed floor. Full tour lists, phone numbers, addresses and hours are on each operator's page.

Why some prices say unknown
Two of the three operators here print their tour names and lengths in plain HTML but load the dollar amount only inside a Peek booking widget, which this index cannot re-read as a dated fact. That is recorded as an unpublished price, not zero and not guessed at from another operator's rate. Call or use the operator's own booking page for a current number.
What is not in this table
Guided yoga hikes to vortex sites are recorded in the hiking-tour category, not here, because the operator's own site calls them a hiking product.
Permits, as printed
Where an operator states a Forest Service or Coconino National Forest permit on its own site, that statement is recorded and sourced next to the fact. This index has not independently confirmed any permit with the Forest Service; it repeats only what each business prints about itself.
Visiting the sites without a tour
A tour is optional. Visit Sedona's “What is a vortex” page (read October 16, 2026) says: “There are several companies, individual guides and healing practitioners that offer vortex tours. But everyone is welcome to visit on their own.” The four sites it names are Airport Mesa, Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock and Boynton Canyon. The Airport Scenic Overlook lot is run by Sedona Airport, not the Forest Service; the other three are reached from Forest Service trailheads.

Should you tip your Sedona tour guide, and how much?
What Sedona tour operators actually publish about gratuities — who says tips are not included, who adds one automatically for big groups — and where custom fills the rest.
Do you need a guide for Sedona vortex sites?
No — you don't need a guide for the classic Sedona sites travellers call vortexes. Visit Sedona says everyone is welcome to visit on their own; guided tours sell interpretation and transport, not exclusive access. Dated catalog below.
