Regular printed prices from the homepage as of October 9, 2026: $24.99 adult per one-hour tour and $38.99 adult for the Full City Combination, plus tax. Children 12 and under are $16.99 per single tour and $24.99 for combinations, all plus tax. The FAQ says babies 18 months or younger ride free and must stay on your lap for the whole tour. The summer special that ended 08/31/26 no longer appears on the site. The tour cards describe a 20-minute stop; the FAQ says a 15-20 minute photo stop. The operator does not give refunds but reschedules based on availability.

The operator publishes departure times rather than office hours: three one-hour routes leave between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM from the Uptown depot (the 5:00 PM Tour B is new; the site does not say whether it runs year-round), and the combination ticket pairs the Chapel route with either western route. The record keeps the printed departure times in its hours note.
